Initially the planning stage was handled very efficiently by the Alan Bender team. This is what made me choose them. Other companies just didn’t seem to be as organised. Throughout the build, the team was helpful and flexible, even accommodating changes along the way. The end result is very nice and I would not hesitate to recommend Alan Bender to friends.

As an architect, it is very important to choose the right builder to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard alongside excellent customer service. Whenever I have worked with the ABL team it has always been an enjoyable experience for both myself and my clients. Working to a very tight 14-week programme, the project was delivered right on schedule with exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship and professionalism throughout.

From start to finish, the entire process felt seamless. Everyone took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and kept us informed throughout the project. The programme was organised with incredible precision, even whilst working around us living in the house with two young children and a dog. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations and the finished extension has completely transformed our home.

I have been very impressed by Alan Bender's efficiency and organisational expertise in bringing the project to its conclusion on time, especially when demolition uncovered unexpected structural issues. I particularly valued the honesty and openness in handling these discoveries. Having experienced, capable and competent people leading the project made me confident that I was in good hands. The quality of the work and finish is excellent.

Your whole team — from the office through to every tradesman and apprentice on site — were totally professional and worked incredibly well together. From the very start, Bryan was always there to keep us informed and answer any questions. We were impressed throughout by how organised and professionally run the project was, and even more so that the works finished ahead of schedule.

We have been impressed with the way the whole project has been organised and carried out from beginning to end. Everyone involved has been extremely positive, efficient and professional throughout, with excellent communication at every stage of the process.

Alan Bender renovated our last house, and they were so good that when we moved, we had no hesitation in asking them to undertake a far more complicated refurbishment. We were given a week-by-week schedule and they stuck to it — in fact, they finished two days early. The workmanship was beautifully executed throughout and the whole team was friendly, organised and incredibly helpful. We always felt we were in good hands.

The management of the project was first class and the team were always punctual, professional and friendly to have on site. Through excellent organisation and supervision, the project finished a full week ahead of schedule. We are extremely happy with the quality of the building work throughout and would absolutely recommend Alan Bender Ltd.
