Every renovation is different. We take the time to understand your goals, ensuring the design works for both your home and the way you live.
Working with our design team, we develop practical solutions, secure approvals where required and prepare everything needed before work begins.
Once the design has been finalised and all the necessary information has been prepared, one of our senior leadership team will visit your property to fully understand the project.
Oliver, Graham or Dan will walk through the proposed works with you, discussing the finer details, practical considerations and any opportunities to improve the design or build process. Taking the time to fully understand your project allows us to prepare a comprehensive fixed quotation, clearly setting out the scope of works, inclusions and exclusions.
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll agree the contract, confirm a fixed start and completion date, and begin planning every aspect of the build to ensure your project runs smoothly from day one.
Living through building work can be challenging. Our experienced site teams carefully plan each stage to minimise disruption whilst maintaining progress throughout the project.
Our aim is for every extension or renovation to feel as though it has always been part of your home, blending old and new with exceptional craftsmanship.
Once construction begins, your dedicated Site Manager takes responsibility for the day-to-day running of your project, ensuring every stage is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Supported by our project management team and directors, we coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and Building Control inspections, keeping you informed throughout the build and ensuring your project remains on programme from start to finish.
As your project nears completion, we carefully inspect every detail, complete any final finishing touches and address outstanding snagging items before handover.
Following the final Building Control inspection, we provide all relevant certification and documentation and hand over your completed project.
