As experienced Principal Contractors, we fully manage our responsibilities under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM). Detailed Construction Phase Plans, site inductions, risk assessments, method statements, welfare facilities, regular inspections and ongoing monitoring ensure every project is delivered safely and in full compliance with current legislation.
Our experienced management team coordinates all trades, consultants and subcontractors, ensuring quality, programme, environmental considerations and health and safety are managed throughout every stage of the project.
We regularly work with architects, surveyors, local authorities and commercial clients through negotiated quotations and competitive tender processes.
Using detailed drawings and specifications, we prepare comprehensive fixed quotations with clearly defined scopes of work, enabling clients to accurately compare submissions and confidently plan project budgets. Throughout the tender process we remain proactive, identifying opportunities for value engineering and practical improvements without compromising quality.
Our dedicated project managers coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and Building Control throughout the construction process.
Regular progress meetings, programme reviews and clear communication ensure projects remain on schedule whilst maintaining the quality standards our clients expect.
