Once your design has been finalised and all technical information has been prepared, we’ll arrange a detailed meeting to review every aspect of your future home.

Together, we’ll discuss the specification, finishes, programme and any bespoke requirements, tailoring the project to suit your lifestyle, priorities and budget. We believe this collaborative approach ensures your home is designed and built around you.

Choosing the right builder for such an important investment is a significant decision. We’re proud of the relationships we’ve built with our previous clients and, where appropriate, we’d be delighted to arrange for you to visit completed homes or speak directly with homeowners about their experience of working with Alan Bender Ltd.

Once you’re completely happy with the proposal, we’ll prepare a comprehensive fixed quotation, clearly defining the scope of works, inclusions and exclusions. We’ll then agree the contract, confirm your construction programme and begin preparing everything needed to bring your new home to life.

Completion & Handover

As your new home reaches completion, we carry out a thorough inspection to ensure every detail meets the high standards we expect. Any final snagging items are completed before handover, leaving your home ready to enjoy from day one.

We’ll coordinate the final Building Control inspection and provide all relevant certification, together with any structural warranties and supporting documentation applicable to your project. Once everything has been signed off, we’ll formally hand over your new home, giving you complete confidence that it has been built to the highest standards.
